Sorry to hear that @disqus_Lk4QN6Z3R2:disqus One of our other friends who has World Nomads is stuck in Bali as well but she just called once to inform them then will be keeping as many receipts as possible to claim back. I asked her about it and she said they will cover everything. Would be interested to hear what they say! Hope you get out of Bali soon. We just got out in time!

I waiting 6 hours after that until business hours to call again and after being placed on hold for a long time hey were rude and unhelpful. They say i am only covered for 2 days up to 50 pound a day – and they are not covering the flight or transport, only accomodation and food. i will be stuck here for 5 days and will be appealing for as much money back as possible – I paid for the more expensive package and they have been appalling so far. I will update once i make a claim.
